The Top Apps on My Phone

Hi guys! I am currently in central PA back at my college for homecoming! Joey and I haven’t been back for homecoming since before we were married! This is the first time we’ve been back as a married couple and I am so jazzed. I got a little bitter towards Messiah toward the end of my 4 years but I really do miss it. It’s so fun to come back and see what’s changed and what is exactly the same as when we were here last. I’m planning on doing a whole blog post about our trip!

Today I am sharing what apps are at the top of my favorites list. I love discovering new apps! I’m not going to list my social media apps because obviously those are a given. Everybody knows about Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter so I don’t even need to go into those. I’m gonna be talking about those apps that most people might not know about!

Splice

This is a great video editing app. I edit a lot of my IGTV and Youtube videos using this app. It’s nice because you can film and edit anything on your iPhone without having to transfer it anywhere. You can add music, recordings, photos and when you’re done, you can save it in 1080p! What more would you want!

Drop

This app is EVERYTHING! If you like to get rewarded for shopping, this is the app for you! Drop is an app that gives you points just for shopping where you would normally shop on the daily. How it works is, you link your debit or credit card(s) to the app and add stores you normally shop at to your profile and when you shop there, you get points that can be redeemed for gift cards! Each store sets their own point system. I know that when shopping at Sephora, you get 40 points per dollar you spend! You’d rack up points so quickly! I get a ton of points each week because I use Drop for my weekly Walmart Grocery Pickup! Some stores you don’t even have to shop through the app. Because your cards are linked to the app, when you shop in store at some stores, you still get points! It’s great! They partner with a lot of great stores! Give it a try and start earning!

All Trails

I actually heard about this app from a friend and it is so helpful! It’s great if you like to hike, bike, or run/walk on trails! I love hiking and walking on trails so I use All Trails to find great trails near me. You just put in your zip code and it finds a bunch of trails near you. It gives you photos of the trails as well as maps that you can use when you’re on the trail. Those maps really came in handy a few weeks ago for Joey and me when we got a little lost on a trail. The app also tells you the difficulty of the trail and gives you a little description of what to expect! Definitely a great app if you love the outdoors!

FitOn

This is a great fitness app that is totally FREE! I use this app a lot when I don’t feel like going to the gym. The workouts range from easy to difficult and they have a variety of different workouts to choose from! Each workout is led by an instructor and I think that’s really helpful! It’s nice when I don’t have time to go to the gym and I can just get my weights out and get a little workout in. I highly recommend it!

Those are my top apps on my phone! I use these apps and lot and I think they’re really unique! What are your top apps?

XO, Gabby
